National Child Care Institute was started by Hiwatha Bell, Executive Director and Lasonia Webb, Operations Manager and Lead Academic Coordinator in 2003. They hold Master degrees in Business Management, Project and Technical Management with certifications in Early Childhood Education. Our Academic Coordinators are all early childhood professionals who love children and are passionate about developing each child academically, socially and intellectually.
NCCI employs only the best for our children and we have made sure that our staff’s educational and teaching philosophy mirror that of NCCI and our Parents. Our staff is constantly being trained in order to create and adopt newer strategies to enhance our curriculum, to improve their performance as teachers and to better develop our children. We are always looking for continuous process improvements and partnering with our parents to understand their vision for their child. A partnering philosophy solidifies a progressive agenda for our children and center and insures success for all our clients.
